2 AIR-FM is Coffs Harbour's own community radio station.
Established in 1998, it has been entertaining residents with easy listening music as well as country.
There are many more specialised programs as well, such as jazz, folk, world., brass band.
It especially is listened to by those over 40 and plays easy-listening music 24/7.
It has over 70 presenters who put to air a large variety of music styles.

Bunker Cartoon Gallery Incorporated

Bunker Cartoon Gallery Incorporated is the Advisory Board to the Bunker Cartoon Gallery in Coffs Harbour. The Bunker Cartoon Gallery is Australia's first and only dedicated cartoon gallery. The Bunker Cartoon Gallery opened its doors in August 1996 and is located in a former World War 2 underground Bunker building. The cartoon gallery was the brainchild of the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour City and the club and its members still play an important role in the operation of the Bunker Gallery today.

CHATS Productions Inc.

CHATS Productions Inc. is a Coffs Harbour based, amateur community theatre group. An incorporated association, CHATS was founded in 1982, and has performed regularly ever since then. We would be one of the oldest amateur theatrical companies in New South Wales and our 'HOME' is the Jetty Memorial Theatre, Harbour drive, Coffs Harbour.


CHYFM was launched in 1973 with the concept of nurturing the talents of the youth in the local area.

CHYFM's philosophy is simple: Your Local, We're Local.

CHYFM also loves supporting the local music scene by playing music from unsigned local bands and performers, and in turn, having them support us!

All of our music is played from our studios here at Coffs Harbour Jetty, which means that we choose each day what to play, and how often.

Coffs Calligraphers

Coffs Calligraphers was formed in 1987 to foster and promote the art of Calligraphy - Beautiful Writing - within the local area and its surrounds.

Since then, the group has maintained a continuous presence within the community, participating in exhibitions, craft shows and cultural activities. Coffs Calligraphers has a strong connection with calligraphic societies both nationally and internationally, keeping members up to date and well informed.

Coffs City Choir

Coffs City Choir ( CCC ) performed their first concert under the direction of Hal Evans at the Jetty Memorial Theatre on 29/6/1991 and continues to entertain the Coffs community over 25 years later.

Our audiences include aged care facilities, entertainment for local civic organisations, seasonal concerts for hospitals and churches and community events. The choir has also performed concerts for organisations to raise awareness and to generate funds for a worthwhile cause.

Coffs Harbour District Family History Society Inc.

The Coffs Harbour District Family History Society was formed in July 1984 with the aim of helping the residents of the Coffs Harbour District to research the Family History. The Society promotes and encourages the study and preservation of family histories and allied subjects. We are able to offer members the use of an extensive collection of genealogical materials from Australia and overseas, as well as the skills and experience and other members.

Coffs Harbour Musical Comedy Company

Founded in 1978, The Coffs Harbour Musical Comedy Company is one of the longest-running arts associations in the region. The original 15 founding members came from all walks of life, united by a love of musical theatre.

Coffs Harbour Physie and Dance

Coffs Harbour Physie and Dance is a fun and friendly dance school incorporating modern dance, contemporary, lyrical and jazz funk to create an exciting, edgy and energetic sport for all ages!

Coffs Harbour Physie and Dance is a part of the Australian Physie and Dance Association (APDA). Under the direction of Australia’s finest creative Physie instructors and choreographers, we offer the opportunity of exploring dance, rhythm and music in a safe and nurturing environment with a friendly and supportive atmosphere designed to make dance and fitness fun and rewarding!

Coffs Harbour Writers Group Inc.

The Coffs Harbour Writers Group Inc. was established in 1986 for the purpose of creating an environment of support and encouragement for aspiring writers.

Custodius Haliestos - The Osprey Guard

The Osprey Guard is a Medieval Reenactment Group reliving activities and recreating handcrafts from the Dark Ages to Middle Ages. While we primarily do this for our own enjoyment the group is also available for display events and demonstrations.

Eastern Dorrigo Community Group

Nestled in the mountains of Coffs Harbour's Hinterland, a 40 min. drive west of Coffs you will find the picturesque Eastern Dorrigo Plateau. Lowanna and Ulong are the two main villages with smaller surrounding villages making up the Eastern Dorrigo Plateau. The plateau was once a very busy logging and gold mining area. Today it is a much smaller community but it is still a great place to visit and and even better place to live.

The community group meets bi monthly and discusses all elements of living in the Eastern Dorrigo Community.


Provide a dance program utlising specifically developed education and teaching methods for children and young adults with Special Needs

Aim to increase fitness, coordination and muscle strength in participants, using music and dance as motivators, to decrease health risks.

Foster social opportunities and positive self-esteem in participants and their family members through weekly class engagement with peers from the Down Special Needs community.

Latinos and Friends Mid-North Coast Inc.

The association aims to promote Latino American and Spanish culture in the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales, through speaking the language and hosting social events which provide a network for Australian residents that have Latino roots, as well as non-Latinos interested in participating and embracing the culture.

North Coast Performing Arts Association

The North Coast Performing Arts Association is an incorporated association of singers and instrumentalists from the north coast area of NSW. Based in Coffs Harbour, our members gather from Bellingen, Urunga and as far afield as Grafton, Maclean, Dorrigo to Port Macquarie. Amateur, student and professional musicians come together to rehearse, attend workshops and present public concerts. Many members are also involved in other local music activities.

Seacrest Productions Inc is a Boutique Amateur Theatre Company based in Coffs Harbour and founded in 2006 by like minded individuals, passionate about presenting quality theatrical events.

Seaside Cloggers Clog Tap Dance School

Clogging is not dancing in clogs ! Shoes with taps similar to those used in Tap & Irish dance are worn for clogging. It is a fun and exciting combination of Tap &Irish dance. Clog Tap is enjoyed by all ages and genders & is easy to learn. Come along and experience the joy of Clog Tap dance.

Sing Australia Coffs Harbour

We are part of a national network of singing groups who sing for the joy of singing. There is no requirement to read music or for auditions. We sing a wide repertoire of songs, some in parts, most in unison. Sing Australia welcomes everyone to come and join us. There is the opportunity to sing locally at gigs, at national gatherings or go on tours with like minded people. Lots of fun and friendships. All welcome.

Woolgoolga Art Group

Formed in 1972 the Woolgoolga Art Group manages the Woolgoolga Art and Craft Gallery which allows local artists and artisans to display their work whilst also providing workspace and educational opportunities for members.
We are all volunteers and also a registered charity.

Woolgoolga Heritage Walk

In April 2012 local member Andrew Fraser announced a NSW Government’s Community Building Partnership Program grant to the Rotary Club of Woolgoolga of $15,000 towards a Woolgoolga Heritage Walk, an idea resurrected by long-time Woolgoolga/Emerald Beach local, Don Clinch.

The Walk is part of Coffs Harbour City Council’s master plan for Woolgoolga and will be coordinated by CHCC in conjunction with a sub-committee of Woolgoolga Rotary. Partners in the project include Lions, CWA and the Chamber of Commerce.

Yarrahapinni Festival at Stuarts Point Inc.

A community festival celebrating the beauty of the surrounds of the Yarrahapinni mountain. The festival opens on the last Friday evening in August at Stuarts Point community hall. Festivities continue all day the following Saturday on the banks of the beautiful Macleay River at Stuarts Point. Art exhibition, Markets, Music & Fun for everyone. Welcome in spring at the only place to be on the last Saturday in August - riverside Stuarts Point, N.S.W.
