Arthritis Coffs Harbour

Coffs Arthritis is an associate of our main branch in Sydney and it is run by a small group of volunteers whose aim is to help people with all forms of arthritis and associated illnesses. We have 100-plus members. We have a Tai Chi class which has vacancies; a number of hydrotherapy classes are run at the hospital pool but unfortunately there is a waiting list. Meetings are held bi-monthly and social outings are organised often. We meet at the Coffs Village Centre on the first Tuesday of every month at 9:30am - 11:30am. Our fearless president is Dave Allen (not the comedian).

dusty dempsey

I facilitate Woolgoolga Mental Health support group and have had some inquiries from consumers and carers (mental health) who live in the Coffs Harbour area. I am trying to establish whether it would be beneficial to start another mental health support group in the Coffs Harbour area and if there are enough people who think that this may be of benefit to them would they please contact me on 0408 065256. Would you also consider a time/day and perhaps a location that may suit you. Thankyou, dusty dempsey.
