STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP

Council is hosting capacity building workshops for community, sporting and not-for-profit organisations.

The strategic planning workshop will provide organisations with the knowledge and resources to develop better plans, communicate those plans with stakeholders, and build on current initiatives to strengthen the organisation's capacity.

If you have your own iPad and want to start at the beginning bring it along. If you don't, borrow one of ours for free to get a taste and learn some skills that will open up a whole new world of information, entertainment and tools.

bcu Coffs TRI

The bcu Coffs TRI is a weekend of triathlons for the whole family from ages six and over.

The Standard Distance bcu Coffs Tri will take place on Sunday 4th March 2018. Competitors will enjoy a 1.5km ocean swim in the protected harbour; a 40km cycle on a flat closed course; finishing with a run around the picturesque Coffs Jetty Foreshores.

With its beautiful location and world-class course, the bcu Coffs Tri is one of the must do events on the national Triathlon calendar.

The Journey Woman explores the actual journey of physical travel, and also the unavoidable course of one’s life journey as they intertwine, direct and inform each other. For Suzanne Archer, travel is an overwhelming and enriching source of new ideas and a visual expansion of her artistic vocabulary. This multi-media exhibition of travel sketch-books, artist’s books, drawings, paintings, sculptures and installation developed from the artist’s most recent journeys to China.

Join up with other iPad users to discover handy tips on how to get organised on your iPad using calendars, alerts, lists, reminders, alarms and much more!

Beachside Radiology Coffs Ocean Swims

The Beachside Radiology Coffs Ocean Swims are a fun, charity fundraising event offering participants a choice of distances catering for both the novice and the more competitive with a 600m swim around the iconic jetty structure, 2000m swim across the harbour and fun races for children, all held inside our beautiful, protected harbour.

All profits from the event will be distributed to local charities and community groups.

An Open Response features small landscape paintings, made en plein air by Kerry Johns in the forests around Canberra and on the NSW south coast. Elizabeth Tinker's Cloudscapes series questions whether we take the time to properly look, experience and feel the power of nature. Glen Wilkinson and Timna Taylor present hand-made fibre and ceramic vessels and forms.
