Organic predictors survey

Organisation:

Researchers at the University of New England are studying the predictors of organic consumerism in Australia. If you are over 18 years old and have 10-15 minutes to spare, then please take the time to fill out my survey (Link below). The results of this study may provide important insights into organic consumerism in Australia and provide important information for organic produces and retailers to market their products.
Thank you in advance for your participation.

BOTANICAL ILLUSTRATION WORKSHOP with David Mackay

Organisation:

In this workshop we will be going through the steps of preparing an accurate and appealing botanical artwork. Getting to know a plant through careful observation and rough sketches to get a feel for it is a crucial step. You can then build on your understanding by creating a detailed drawing that captures not only botanical detail but what it is that appeals to you about your plant subject.
On the Saturday we will learn about using light and shade, the appropriate amount of detail to put into your work, composition and balance and matching colours.
