Commonwealth Ombudsman

Harry Bailey Memorial Library

Central library of Coffs Harbour City Library and Information Service (Coffs Harbour City Council).

Free membership, loans, public access computers, free wifi/internet, study areas and printing/copying/scanning facilities.

Weekly children's storytime, early literacy programs, home library service for housebound residents, reference service, inter-library loans and regular programs and events - such as author talks and holiday activities. Annual Summer Reading Club for children in December/January.

Home Library Service

Special service of Coffs Harbour City Library (Coffs Harbour City Council).

The library provides a free home delivery service to housebound people in the Coffs Harbour local government area.

Items are delivered and collected every four weeks on a specific day, based on the member's personal profile.

Residents of the Coffs Harbour local government area who cannot visit the library due to ill-health or disability are eligible to join this service. Full time carers of housebound members are also eligible for the service.

LawAccess NSW

LawAccess NSW is a free government telephone service that provides legal information, referrals and in some cases, advice for people who have a legal problem in NSW.

We can help with a number of legal problems including: debt and credit, family law, neighbourhood disputes, traffic offences, employment law, criminal law, domestic and family violence, housing, planning ahead (eg powers of attorney) etc.

We have Aboriginal Customer Service Officers to assist our Aboriginal customers.

Picture Coffs Harbour is a joint project of Coffs Harbour City Library and Coffs Harbour Regional Museum, and aims to digitally preserve and improve access to historical pictures significant to the Coffs Harbour region. These pictures are drawn from the Library's and, in particular, the Museum's extensive collections.
