Cavanbah Centre

Cavanbah Centre is a facility for hire in the Coffs Harbour CBD. This centre offers a main hall perfect for functions and events, plus two smaller rooms ideal for small conferences, meetings and training sessions. Coffs Coast Waste Services

Coffs Coast Waste Services (CCWS) is a joint regional partnership between Coffs Harbour City Council, Nambucca Shire Council and Bellingen Shire Council. Together the three councils have contracted Handybin Waste Services for the collection and processing of domestic general waste, organics and recycling (your red, green and yellow bins).

Handybin Waste Services

Handybin Waste Services are the providers of commercial and domestic waste services on the Coffs Coast. Under contract with Coffs Harbour City Council, Bellingen Shire Council and Nambucca Shire Council we operate Coffs Coast Waste Services for the collection of household waste and the processing of recycling.

Harry Bailey Memorial Library

Central library of Coffs Harbour City Library and Information Service (Coffs Harbour City Council).

Free membership, loans, public access computers, free wifi/internet, study areas and printing/copying/scanning facilities.

Weekly children's storytime, early literacy programs, home library service for housebound residents, reference service, inter-library loans and regular programs and events - such as author talks and holiday activities. Annual Summer Reading Club for children in December/January.

Home Library Service

Special service of Coffs Harbour City Library (Coffs Harbour City Council).

The library provides a free home delivery service to housebound people in the Coffs Harbour local government area.

Items are delivered and collected every four weeks on a specific day, based on the member's personal profile.

Residents of the Coffs Harbour local government area who cannot visit the library due to ill-health or disability are eligible to join this service. Full time carers of housebound members are also eligible for the service.

North Coast Settlement Service

Helping Refugee entrants and Migrants settle into Coffs Harbour and the North Coast, providing, Casework, information, referral, and capacity building in Coffs Harbour, Lismore, Ballina, Tweed, as well as information distribution in the Clarence Valley.

Justices of the Peace are in attendance at the folowing centres:

Toormina Gardens (outside Coles) on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 9am-12 noon

Coffs Central (outside Best and Less) on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 9am-12 noon

Park Beach Plaza (outside Big W) every Monday and Thursday from 10am-2pm

Coffs Harbour Court House every Monday and Thursday from 9am-12 noon

The Toormina Community Centre is located on Toormina Rd, approximately 2 kilometres from Toormina Shopping Centre, adjacent to Bayldon Primary School.

Woolgoolga Community Village Hall

The Woolgoolga Community Village Hall is located at No.8 Boundary Street in Woolgoolga, approximately 200 metres west of the main Woolgoolga retail area.

The main hall is square in shape and is approximately 110m2 in area with a licensed capacity for 100 persons. Attached to the main hall is a kitchen, two storage rooms and Meals on Wheels Commercial Kitchen and amenities. Adjacent are two small office areas currently occupied by Neighbour Aid and Meals on Wheels and large enclosed Playgroup recreation area.
